I want to start a home based ink cartridge refill business.where do i find a reliable, cheap supply of empties?

Everyone tells me you can get empty virgin cartridges for $1 and under a piece but my research tells me otherwise ,i've been to sites like empties.com,ebay just to name a few and you have to bid for bulk orders. Also people are not giving up empties for free any more.Where do i look

Yeah $1 empties are not going to happen. Especially virgin empties.

There are places right now buying non virgin HP 57's and Lexmark 16's (two of your most popular cartridges) for $3-$5. Up to $7 for virgin.

You will have to buy in bulk. Every "recycling service" I have dealt with will not touch orders under 250 cartridges.

This is a link to one of the more respectable resellers.

They have minimum orders of 1000 inkjets, they will all be quality cores.
