Tell someone! If you don't you may regret it forever! Think about how much you care about her and ask yourself are you willing to risk your friendship in order to save your best friend's life? I certainly would! Please help your friend, nobody is ever truely alone, tell her to keep positive things on her mind and positive things will happen in her life. We become what we think about all day long.

Your friend needs a friend. She needs someone to tell her life is worthwhile. Try to let her know she is very important. Help her find a meaning for her life.

Cancel all you plans tonight. Get over her house right now. Bring some movies and magazines. Bring tons of candy and food like chips, chocolate and pizza. Hang out and that will let her know that someone cares about her and that she would regret ever leaving that friend.

go around to her house but take someone with you. If you cannot go around then you need to make sure that someone does. If there are no family and friends to go i think you should call the police

Even if she is not going to do anything she is crying out for help and this should not be all down to you. You need support too

You did what I would have done. Keep a close eye on her and get others to do the same as she seems very vulnerable.

just really try to use the advice that everyone gave you:) you will be ok.. get help or counceling.. if she doesnt seem to improve you need to let someone know even if she gets upset with you if it means her life.. its worth it

Try your best to make her feel loved, and special. That is what people need.
