What should I do ?

A guy at my school recently told my friend that he thought I was nice and attractive. He also told her not to tell me. But of course she couldn't help but tell me. A few days after she told me this he asked my friend if i knew what he told her. Sometimes I make things really obvious, unfortunately... My friend said that she had not told me. He's pretty cute and seems very nice, in some ways i'm not sure if he's my type, but i really haven't talked to him enough to know. I'm afraid tto talk to him b/c he thinks I know about what he said and i'm worried that if i talk to him now it could be awkward... I think i'll just take it as it comes...... any additional thoughts????
