This is for a small restaurant, we've made 141,000k last year.
I am pretty organized and i think i can do this all in one day, any tips on where i should start?

You can buy the program for small business tax filing at any office depot or comuter store type place.
If you have questions and things about it you can go to turbo tax.com also

Taxactonline.com is a secure tax preparer website that you can do your own taxes on. It is efile direct to the IRS and very self explanatory. Follow the instructions and you won't have to pay anyone to do your taxes and you have a printed copy for your records. Always remember to keep every receipt even for the smallest of things. Itemize your items before you begin your taxes. Always round up or down your money, never use change: .49 down/.50 up. Good luck and happy eating.

Being an Ex Chef restaurant owner my advice is get a CPA. Mine always saved me more then I paid her and all I had to do was supply the paper work and sleep at night.
