Did Josh Smith record his first career triple-double tonight vs. Denver?

22 pts, 12 reb, 10 ast, 5 blk, 3 stl

What a performance!

Too bad it came in a losing effort.

-Do you believe "J-Smoove" deserves to be in the All-Star Game this year?

He may not be the best offensive player in the league, he may not be the best defensive player in the league, but he is the best player in the combination of the two. Some may say Dwight Howard is the best of the combination, but Josh doesn't miss that many free throws, gets more blocks, and gets more steals. Dwight can only rebound better.

And Lebron James may be the most well-rounded player based on stats, but Lebron has to do it all for his team. Josh has got Al Horford, Joe Johnson, and even Marvin Williams. With that limitation, Josh Smith is the true most well-rounded player in the NBA.

J-Smith was on one tonite. Probably the most underated player in the league. He's an all-star in my book. I'm happy for the Hawks, they are playing their best ball in years.
