my vote goes to the 'nearly unprecedented' 6OT NCAA performance between Syracuse and UCONN! So glad I recorded this game on my Dish DVR!
I sure hope the Hawks consider to draft Flynn if he decides to come out early

Were you surprised by the number of non-called offsides penalties on the Cardinals? I'm not using it as an excuse, but I counted at least 9 times where an Arizona player jumped the snap and only 3 times were they caught.
Congrats to the Cardinals on winning. Good job Falcons making it this far, what a turnaround season!

With Maryland defeating North Carolina today, North Carolina dropped to 3-3 in conference play. Miami(4-2) now controls their own destiny, being the only team with 2 conference losses. Should they lose to Georgia Tech(4-3) on Thursday night, all 5 teams (Virgina, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, and Miami) would have no less than 3 conference losses, creating a five-way tie in the division:
Georgia Tech (5-3)
Miami (4-3)
North Carolina (3-3)
Virginia (3-3)
Virgina Tech (3-3)
If this were to happen, how would they determine the division champion?
The team with the best record against divisional opponents?
Best overall record?
(please, no comments on how the ACC sucks)

In the NBA why is it that when the opposing team takes a timeout after a made basket, they are allowed to inbound the ball from the other side of the court? I think they should have to bring the ball up the court, agree?

Roy knocks down 1/2 free throws after being "fouled" by Joe Johnson with just a few seconds left. First off, Joe never fouled him! Roy pushed off and they call a foul on Joe???
Another thing, he wasn't even in the act of shooting when he was fouled, yet he gets to the line? Hawks had a foul to give so if he wasn't in the act of shooting and he was "fouled" then why was it not inbounded next play? Unbelieveable

Sure, they are 9-9 overall and 2-3 in the ACC but they have lost a bunch of close games (some against top-ranked teams) that could have gone the other way:
- @ #8 Indiana (83-79)
- #3 Kansas (71-66)
- FSU (66-64)
- #1 UNC (83-82)
They are a young team and 4 of their next 5 games are on the road. I'm not saying they are going to be in the NCAA Tournament, but with a strong finish to the season and a good showing in the ACC Tournament I think they could prove some doubters wrong.
