planetary orbits?

Planets orbiting the sun travel in an ellipse, with the Sun as one of the Foci. Is the other Focus a fixed point, and if so, do all of the planets' Foci line up?

The other focus is the average of the gravitational pulls of all of the planets and other matter in the solar system combined.

[except for the sun, of course.]
