he needs help trying to get her to have an abortion,,, how can this be done,,,, she wants one, but she is underage, what can they do,,, with out him going to jail, or both of them ruining there life with an unplanned birth,, ,, we need help,,,,

Wow well I am going to put this were it belongs he messed up and I guess they understand but abortion is wrong. they both knew what they were doing and this is aprt of growing up. being a women it kinda freaks me out knowing that everytime you have an abortion you increase your chances of breast cancer by almost 50% and it can ruin the time that she decides she wants to have kids. she may not be able to or it may be very hard. I am not going to sit here and yell at you about abortion but it is wrong in this case. He will not go to jail if she says she knew what was going on and wanted it. He is fine. They both mad a mistake him with starters with his choice about who he wants sex with. I think she carrys and well gives the baby up for adoption. she can at least give the baby a chance for a good life. I am sorry and let her and him know that they are in our prayers.

There is no legal way to get an underage girl having an abortion secretly, abortions are usually painful and dangerous even life threatening and in my opinion abortion is murder. Don't add murder to Child Molestation.
Your friend is a child molester and he committed statutory rape, now if you cover him and don't go to the cops you're being an accessory and they will incarcerate you too, if you're in CA your friend will face one to five years in jail but if you're in AZ your friend will face five to twenty, do you wanna spend that time with him?

People are dumb and need to take responsibilities for their actions.
Abortion is not always the answer.
He was the stupid one who had sex with an underaged girl. He should be able to do the time too. Let her have the baby as a lesson to them both to be wiser next time.

let the girl give birth to the baby then just take it to a fire-station near you! they will take the baby and take it to an adoption agency with no questions ask from the giver!

How about taking responsibility for your actions.
Dont run to the abortion office to make your screwups better with out tax dollars.
Next time, do it with a girl your age

Depends on the state you live in. Take her to the planned parenthood. If they'll do it you need about $500.
