Insecurity Question...?
My boyfriend proposed to me today, and I said yes.
He is the executive producer for awards shows and other high profile events. He mingles with celebrities and sports stars. And for some crazy reason, he wants ME.
He's handsome, wealthy, powerful. And he loves me more than any man ever has before.
Now, here's my problem. I've never felt down about my weight before. I've always been super confident and happy with my looks. But if we get married, he's going to want me to accompany him to those events and award shows. Suddenly, I don't feel so confident when I think about all those size 0 chicks I'll have to meet and greet. Its all well and good when they're in the magazines, but its different when its in my face.
He loves my body and detests the idea of my losing weight.
How can I forget about those stupid insecurities and just enjoy all the people I'll meet and places I'll go. This is a dream for a small town southern girl like me. I want to enjoy it.

LOL! do you know how many people would love to be in your spot!!...I'm sorry comments like that probally dont make you feel much better, do they...I can understand why you would feel that way, with all the "supposed" beautiful people he works with all the time....but just think about what you said...of all the people he mingles with he wants YOU...I am sure you are very beautiful yourself...but perhaps its not all the looks and superficial BS that attracts him, perhaps you have something none of those other 0 chicks can give him... Are you honesty, faithful, genuine...or any other great quality other than physical feature that he has been looking for in a woman his whole life...and of all people he found that in you....Congrats on the engagement, Just know that he loves you and if he didnt, he wouldnt me marrying you...I hope you enjoy your life and when any stupid insercurties enters your mind, just focus on the good, and how great you are...You must be or else he wouldn't be marrying you..good luck!
