Quick Abs-- Once a day or through out the day?

Say i just spent all day doing crunchs on and off, would i get fit any faster than if i just did like 400 a day at one time? I am still eating healthy and not overexcersizing but i am grounded and am not allowed to leave the house at all so i have just been watching tv and doing crunchs, eating etc... I have been doing them on and off through out the day-- i want quick abs, i know it will be awhile but im trying to get them as fast as possible :)

Update:

p.s: i'm not fat at all im 5'4 and 105 lbs im not underweight or sickly looking i just want to gain some muscle mass w.o losing weight- and to get some abs :)

    well yea the more you do the better faster the results not not too many like over work yourself.

    but i mean you'll have faster results doing 20 a day

    than doing 10 a day.

    you know.

    i would also work on the obliques

    its not good to have abs

    but have love handles ha

    Girl get a ab lounge they are awesome..and the on and off thru out the day sounds better to me ..

    Do alot once a day & try different position. If you do it all day your body will adapt and you won't get as cut.
