For those on the right: do you want Hillary Clinton to have the ability to label you an "enemy combatant?"

To throw you in a military prison, without representation, without a trial, and without an inkling as to why you are there? Worst of all, on her word and her word alone?

This power is currently a legal right of the president of the Unisted States:

Who do you trust to not abuse this power?

Barack Obama?

Rudy Giuliani?

Mitt Romney?

George Bush?

do they want Hillary to be able to use any of the powers that they say they "trust" Bush with...

you make laws... they stay on the books... if you think the dems are half as bad as you say you do... you shouldn't be doing the things you're doing... because if a dem ever wins... you've pretty much lost all your rights...

if a dictator ever was elected... he's got all the laws in place to pretty much impose his will... if he wanted... that's some scary stuff...

Sh1t, I don't trust anyone with that power, left or right. Regardless of who gets into office, I think that we should get rid of or seriously tone down the Patriot Act and other laws that allow unchecked, executive power similar to that of a fascist state.

But still, Hillary is going to be the last person I am voting for, for many reasons I'm sure are obvious to you.

You think things are bad now? Hillary will be doing the above and much, much more. I'd trust anyone but her and perhaps Obama.

Hillary Clinton is a lawyer and she knows that the people have rights that are supposed not to be violated.

An Enemy combatant by nature is a person fighting with our military, and not supported by their respective country.

I seriously doubt many Americans are willing to take on our military, and even if an American citizen did do something that stupid, they would still have constitutional rights, because they are Americans.

None of the above! But, I am not one of those on the right, either! And I agree with most of what the honor, said *sm*
