Why does Al Davis want to fire Kiffin?

He actually has done a good decent job. There was PLENTY of games were the Raiders could have won but stupid Culpepper or McCown couldn't take control of the reins and go all the way. I think if JaMarcus goes to a training camp and gets some off season snaps, he will get better and the Raiders will have a Franchise quarterback. Kiffin is angry at Davis because he guarrenteed Kiffin full control of the coaching staff, when he wanted to fire Rob Ryan, Davis said no and that was that.

In the past few years I have to ask Why does AL Davis do half the things he does? I think he is to stubborn to allow anyone to run his team and right now he is running it into the ground. I agree Kiffin is turning this team around, but remember this, its Al Davis!

As I said before, Al Davis has lost his mind. He hasn't been all there for at least 25 years. He turned a very admired franchise into the sewer. No respectable coach wants the job anyway. He makes Charlie Dolan (The owner of the New York Knicks) look sound and sane and that's not easy to do. Let's face it!! The Oakland Raiders is now the New York Knicks of the NFL.

al davis is an idiot, kiffin had us in about all the games besides 3 of them, next year maybe we'll win a few of those games and we'll be 7-9 or 8-8 and keep improving... he needs to let the coaching staff do waht they want.. Rob Ryan is good, but i mean come on, how about you blitz once or twice... our defense is talented enoguh but we have no freakin rush and we need to learn to taclke, about he discplines them a little bit.. yes he needed to be fired, kiffin was right, al davis was wrong.

Kiffin has done a fine job taking a young and inexperienced Oakland team and bringing them along nicely. Davis is a complete idiot if he lets him go.

The Raiders are going to continue to suck if Al Davis doesn't give his coaches a chance. He wants to win now and he isn't giving his coaches time to draft their players. I guess he's expecting a miracle. If Russell can learn the game, then they need to draft a good running back and work on their defense more than anything.

Its Al Davis, he fires a coach any time he has a bad year...

Look Dude...it's simple....go visit some old folks and talk to them for a while...they can't help it. I'm gonna be old one day I hope...and I won't give a rat'sass what anybody thinks just like Al.
