Will world peas be a topic in the President's State of The Onion address tonight?

Yes indeed and he will be sprouting about the government's achievements and how they have bean tackling the big issues. He will layer on the line the growth plan for the future and pepper his speech with tropical items.

If you carrot all about your country you should be squashing the address. It is a gourd thing to do.

Oh I dare say he`ll be ROOTed to the PODium and will be SPROUTing on about how much we need world peas trying to give a GOURD impression. It`s OK as long as he doesn`t BEET about the BUSH and give you all the RUNNER aRIND claiming `I YAM going to do this and I YAM going to do that`.. like ours do. I sometimes think politicians consider us all GREEN and MELON headed, when in actual fact it`s them who need to BOIL their HEADs!

I don't think he believes in peas ~ unless they're black eyed, and then the onions would be OK.

Whatever;considering what a fruit he is, it will be something, considering the pickle he's gotten us into, that the rest of us have to stew about in any case, don't you think?

oh i hope so. i love peas. i'm hoping to hear they've unionised and are now world peas.
