Of course for one to accurately apply this scripture, one has to come to a knowledge of what the term 'whole world' is in reference to.
Catholic girl? Yes Satan is A GOD, just look up the word theos, which means 'god' as applied to Satan at 2 Corinthians 4:4.

satan roams the air because he is lord of the earth.... that is why in the Bible it says we cannot become that of the world... we have to be in the world but not of it :)
