Are questions removed from the Israel section by request of anti-Israel elements?

I had asked an excellent question, which received 26 replies. And then some Arab supporters protested, and my question was removed.

Then I mentioned this fact in a question, and asked to what extent do the supporters of Arab terror actually engineer the removal of questions that oppose their viewpoint. The same supporters of Arab terror saw to it that this question, too, was removed.

I had asked, "How many Palestinians want to leave the Middle East? Is this the solution to Israel's problems?"

Someone wanted to stifle debate on this topic. It appears that I had struck a sensitive nerve.

In any event, the video clip at http://www.youtube.com/v/kocnxtwfmg... shows clearly that a large number of people who identify themselves as Palestinians are anxious to leave Gaza.

Some 700 thousand have availed themselves of the opportunity to enter Sinai, and they will return to Gaza only if the Egyptians force them to do so.

It is not p;leasing to see that anti-Israel elements are attempting to nullify the Israel section by using counterfeit arguments and pushing the Yahoo Answers staff to remove pro-Israeli questions and answers.

I presume that this form of Muslim propaganda appears only on the Israel section, and is thus less of a general problem and more of a particular threat to a particular section on Yahoo Answers.

Let us hope that the powers who are running YA will take responsible action to stop this unpleasant form of antagonistic action.

And yes, the Gazans are indeed showing that they prefer Egypt to their own "piece of Palestine," thus proving their minimal attachment to what some regard as their homeland.

People are very political in this section. They never talk about culture or religion, it seems, just politics. Perhaps Arabs and Jews in the Middle East need to see themselves as people and work together instead of this back-and-forth anger which doesn't help.

This is shocking. Apparently what has happened is that a group of Muslim women has banded together to form a bloc that is trying to rule the Israel section.

When they encounter a question that they interpret as being critical of the Arabs, they all report it.

And, sadly, it works. They have succeeded in getting many questions and answers removed, although objectively these questions and answers were sincere and not offensive.

This is a touchy area to be in with so much animosity, so you need to be very careful, least youoffend one side or the other.

Yes. It has happened to me also.

Can't the Yahoo people control this?
