Who can the Nets trade Jason Kidd to?

alot of ppl think that he's going to dallas but keep in mind that the Nets said that they dont want a pg in return bc they have Marcus Williams. So with Dallas wanting to deal out Harris of thr own wldnt work so that means theyd have to give up multiple of thr big men which wld tear up the lineup. And with the 3way deal with portland, i doublt that wld work either bc they are trying to send stackhouse, devean george, jarret jack, and channing frye. So NJ still doesnt get that dominate big man.. So who does that leave Clvnd who doesnt have near enought pieces.. L.A who is NOT giving up Bynum.. and Denver.. So the Nets wld have Marcus Williams Carter Jefferson NeNe and Collins with Sean Williams Atkins Najera Boone and Kristic off the bench thats a nice squad in the east.

The Mavs could be one team.. Some people have reported Desagnia Diop and Stackhouse along with a draft pick could do it.. but I'd have to think the Nets would be smarter and get more bang for their buck than a draft pick. So I don't see him in Dallas.

The Kings are the team I think he will end up on. They have some good pieces they could move in return and are looking to shake things up... I could see Bibby and M.Moore going to NJ for Kidd and Collins. All depends on if the Kings are interested in Kidd right now? (you kinda think they'd have to be)

The Cavs & Lakers have been rumored.. but like the Mavs, I don;t think they've got the guns to pull it off. Odom might do it for LA, but they might have to ante up more...

One other team I will mention is Chicago. There was already talk between the teams about a swap of Bostjan Nachbar & Marcus Williams to the Bulls for Andres Nocioni & Thabo Sefoloshka

It's a possibility New Jersey may see if Chicago wants to go one step further with that deal and include Hinrich or Ben Wallaceand in exchange for Kidd being added to the equation. It's a little unlikely but it's a thought.

and almost forgot.. Denver. They could probably have Kidd right now straight up for Marcus Camby. so they are definitely in the hunt. I wouldn't give up Camby if I were them though... not even for Kidd

Personally I would want to see him in Cleveland. Kidd and James we know can get along and play good together from their time on Team USA together. But i do not think they would be able to reach a deal. I mean the person that i want to see gone is larry hughes because he is one of the most overrated players today and he gets way to much money. But yea i think with kidd on the cavaliers that would give lebron the player he needs to make it the finals again and possibly win it with kidd, gibson, Z, and gooden.

The Mavs would be crazy to trade Devin Harris for Kidd. Kidd has maybe 2 years left. So any team trying to acquire him will not leverage the future in trying to obtain him and his big salary. The Nets should be happy to get anything for him since they are not in contention and will drop his salary.

I think he could end up in Dallas, but only for a #1 draft pick (which would be at the bottom of the first round). He also could end up with the Lakers for someone like Lamar Odom.

the nets are not going to get anything better than expiring contracts. jefferson is the face of the franchise. kidd will be trade for people like kwame brown. then nets should try and get rid of carter.trade him for expiring contracts. then they can sign smartly and build together a better team with chemistry. not put starsthat are overrated together(vince carter not j-kidd)

Nuggets for Allen Iverson. As much as I like AI for his abilities at his size and age, it is just not working in Denver. Denver needs a true PG, that would be Kidd. Both have bloated contracts that are ending.

maybe heat for j williams and a draft pick...... shaq, kidd, and wade would make a formidable triple even with shaq fading away........ Or Mavs for devin harris and a pick.........

I think it would be cool to trade to denver for Martin and a future pick.... a draft pick is important to nets cause they are rebuilding
