Whats a good workout to build upper body strength?

I only have some 8 and 10lb handweights. What could I do with themm to build upper body muscle mass.

    Light wieghts means high volumes of repetitions. Do good core excercises and then get ready to start doing lots of curls and extensions.

    8 and 10 lb weights isnt going to do anything. you have go to a gym and lift heavy. Bench pressing is the best for upper body strength.

    do low reps high weight..... and eat alot of protein... bench press and alot of tricepts ..... and biceps as well.... work on your back.. and that will allow your chest to get stronger and bulk up....
