how much should i charge per square ft to paint,when supplies are furnished?residential?

trying to fiqure what to charge price pr sq ft ,they supply all the paint,i have to repair nail holes.and paint ceilings too

    The charge has to be based on time, thus the extent of trim and touch up is essential for proper pricing of the job. I use a standard rate of $150.00 per room, walls and ceiling. I add $15.00 for each window, $35.00 for off color trim, $10.00 per fan, light, etc. Then, I look at the client, if they are reasonable, I will apply a bit of credit ($20-$30), if they are the compaining type, add another $35.00 nuisance factor.
