Yeast infections with menstrual cycle?

can you treat it?? Why does this happen?

Here are the symptoms:

slight burning (feels like salt on a cut )

discharge

not really itchy but may be part of the burning

    use unscented pads,no tampons and wash only with johnsons baby wash during this time. Also purchase acidophilus and cranberry tablets from the drug store vitamin aisle and use as directed on bottles.It sounds like you have a bacterial imbalance or are allergic to the feminine product you're using.Wash as often as possible.

    I have a package of Monistat in my cupboard and the instructions inside it do not say anything about treating it during menstruation, so I would think you could.

    It does say "Tampons may absorb the medication, therefore, do not use them, day or night, for up to 7 days after beginning treatment."

    Your best bet would be Monistat in all local discount stores...CVS, Walgreens, Duane Reade....Yeast infection do it at home kit....check out the link:
