What does FBR mean in the FBR Open golf tournament in Phoenix?

This week the PGA tour is coming to Scottsdale, AZ to the TPC (whatever that is) for what used to be called the Phoenix Open. All the news stories just use the letters, with no explanation of what they stand for.

    FBR= $$$$ = investment firm (Friedman, Billings & Ramsey)

    TPC= $$$$ =The Players Club golf courses owned by the PGA and built to accomodate spectators (hills, mounds etc. to stand & get a good view)
