It is actually pretty safe. My doctor advised me to do that because the skittles keep your anti-psychotic medicine from turning into kerosene.

It is safe to put the skittles in the med bottle but not the other way round.

It's perfectly ok to do that as long as you wash the skittles down with a few glasses of wine.
