Please Help! How do I get my menus/toolbars back in IE7?

Yesterday, when I opened IE7, all my menus were gone! I now have no way to get into Tools or Bookmarks or ANYTHING! How do I get my menus and tools back? The only thing showing is the address and search bar, and my links toolbar. There is NOTHING else showing. I cannot get into anything to change settings. HELP!

    Right click somewhere on the Links toolbar, and re-check all the menus you want.
