Pot grower permit.?
My step-dad is a legal card carrying medicinal user and grower in the state of washington. If he were to move to another state would his permit allow him to continue use and growing permission since he was a resident of WA when the permit was issued? Or would he have to discontinue use and growing if not in a state where it is legal yet?
Yes it is outrageous! The feds can also take your medicine and by the time they find out you were legal to have it half of it is gone or dead when you get it back.

His permit will not be recognized in any other state. If his new state allows medical marijuana, he will have to apply for a new permit from the new state.
