Depends on the Scot. Underneath they are certainly cool in the winter.

Your question makes no sense. People in Scotland only wear kilts at weddings and special events. I know this because I'm scottish

I think they are and I would like to have one.
Normally if I wore one over here in the USA
people would laugh at me, there are occasions
or events that I would wear one. There are
questions I want to ask, but I won't.
