sort of sucks...
vulpix should be ninetales (use fire stone)

hypnosis / energy ball / dark pulse

brick break (more reliable than cross chop)
bulk up
rock slide (rather than rock tomb if possible.)
ice punch (i believe it can learn this through move tutor)

tangela should be tangrowth (lvl up with ancient power)

1. The Vulpix should have flame wheel. Get rid of fire spin
2. The Machamp should get rid of Bulk Up and get Seismic Toss.
3.The Lapras is fine.
4.Muk should get a better poison move. (like toxic).
5. Tangela should learn Giga Drain and get rid of Leech seed.
6. Aerodactyl is fine.

why don't you try to evolve Vulpix? and give them items
