With a USB cable (usually sold separately), or if your phone has a Micro SD card, you can connect the SD card to your computer with a SD card Reader, it will be detected as a removable device, you can down/up load files, like it was a disk drive.

Note: Some phones require additional software to down load via USB, consult your manufactures web site for software downloads.
