my credit card was paid off but I still show a civil judgment on my credit report because the courts want me to pay court fees, filing fees, and attorneys fees, before they will satisfy the judgment, can they do that?

I just brought an iphone I downloaded all my contacts. it tells me the type of mobile phone everyone has. when I get to my friend's number and it says his number is connected to an iphone, however when I asked him if he had another phone or was on his daughter's plan, he explained with an attitude that he is a single man who has always taken care of his own responsibilities and don't need his kids to take care of him, and just because I have an iphone don't mean everyone has one. The other problem is everytime I try to call him it says the mailbox is full and he can't recieve calls. His response is that he dosen't know what is wrong with his phone, that's been happening to him a lot lately. WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN?

P.S. the problem that I'm having is, when he's with me, the only phone he has with him is a samsung

What right do the government have to chose with my tax dollars who gets top-rated health care? I feel if my tax dollars are to be spent on who should get top-rated health-care, Congress or myself, I'd rather my tax dollars be spent on myself...The Politician who call Government run Health-care "Socialism" are a bunch of hypocrites because they're enjoying the very benefits of having "free" top-shelf GOVERNMENT RUN Health-care for themselves and their families for the rest of their lives from taxing hard working American citizens like you and I. I know that these are some of my great grandmother's brother and sisters, my grandfather's aunts and uncles, but to answer your question. YES!......I need a death certificate, a married license, anything that will help me find her.

My grandfather name was Joseph Williams he was raise up in Kenansville, Warsaw, NC but I don't know what year maybe around 1903. He remember his sisters, Nancy, Lucy, and LillieBell or Rosabell, his brother was John or Jonathan, there may have been more, he couldn't remember them. my biggest question is where is his mother PRICELLA, Priscilla, or Priscella? WHAT HAPPENED TO HER? or his father (Mr Williams) he said his father name was John Williams but I am not so sure that is True. Unless he was fathered by the slave master, secondly he remembers living on a plantation he said was owned by Cooper Williams, I searched and couldn't find much about him. all I know is that something took place between the Coopers, Williams. Carr,and Hill families, there are many more, but this is what my grandfather remembered at 95!.....AND! he thinks his mother died in Magnolia. and she had possibly married a man name Sandy Brown who was in the military

Rosa Williams married Ned Hill and had about 12-14 children one of which was my great-grandmother Percilla Hill (born poss in 1870) who was the mother of my grandfather.... Joseph Williams. One would think that with this much information, I would be able to trace my family roots...WRONG!...I can't find Percilla Hill and what happened to her, unfortunately, she is the missing link that could connect the dots but I can't find her!.....PLEASE HELP!....all I know is that there is a Family reunion of the Williams that meet every year! but I can't find them either!.....and I am linked to the williams that are linked to Easter Cooper and Oscar Williams.I believe my family was sold between the Coopers, Williams, Hill, Carr, .... just to name a few somewhere between South and North Carolina, and possibly Florida...anyone with any information ........PLEASE HELP ME!

my son want to get divorce but he's concerned because he wants custody of the children. unfortunately the system seems to think that the children are better of with the mother as if they're the better parent which I disagree with. The problem is women as a whole know that if they go to court, they have a 95.5% of keeping the children. As a father he's capable of providing the children with all the necessities that are required to ensure their well-being, like love, housing, childcare, healthcare, food,clothing, and a safe environment, yet his wife is planning to move out and take the children to a shelter, so that she can get welfare,apply for Section 8, food stamps, money, and child support, he's worked hard so that his children wouldn't be subjected to this kind of lifestyle. He's tried so hard to be a family man. He's paid for her to get her GED she quit, he paid for her to go to technical school, she finsh but don't want to work, and she has a drinking problem. I need legal advise

My son was suspended from college for allegely doing a drug transaction. After three months of investigation they found no evidence to sustantiate their allegation, so they drop the drug charged, and instead charged him with unruly conduct, and creating an hostile environment just to justify suspending him from college. I need a lawyer because I believe that upon investigation evidence will show that my son was more than cooperative, because he was not under any obligation to sign anything to allow the police to body search him, or the car because he was not under arrest for anything at that time, but he knew he had nothing to hide. Ironically, a day before court, I recieved a cerified letter from the college with all the allegations on it, and miraclously the drug allegation was missing, he went to court and the police drug charge was thrown out too, but no one mentioned as to why they arrested him in the first place with no evidence, from the school or the police officer

My son attend a college that I feel have unjustly mistreated him for something they alleged had happen. A friend owed him $10 he went to the school to get it, the security saw them exchange money and assume it was for drugs so they questioned them, they explained to security why he was giving him the money but the security didn't believe them and called the police who ultimately search my son first (who happens to be black), and found "NO DRUGS" then he had my son sign a consent to search the car and again found "NO DRUGS" however, upon searching his friend ( who happen to be white) they found DRUGS, money, and a scale in this kid car, they made my son sit in his car as they questioned his friend, and they arrested my son along with this kid despite the fact that they found nothing on my son, they charged my son with loitering, & alleged attempt to make a transaction.

Is there anyone online who may have come from Slave families in North Carolina? My great great grandmother name was Beaty Williams who was married to Daniel Williams, they had a daugher name Rose or Rosa Williams who married a man name Ned Hill. Rose was born 5/1/1837 and died 7/6/1929 I have the death certificate. she had a sister name Percilla Hill, or (Priscilla) who was my grandfather's mother, she married someone with the last name Williams possibly (John Williams), and it's possible that she may have re-married again. The last my grandfather remember about her is that she was very sick living in Magnolia, and may have died of pneumonia, but I can't find a record of her. My grandfather is Joseph Williams (now dead) but he also, remember Priscilla's sister whom he called (Aunt Rosanna). I have more info but I will wait to see if I get a response and then I will share more info.
