I paid off the credit card but civil judgment still on my report for court fees can they do that?

my credit card was paid off but I still show a civil judgment on my credit report because the courts want me to pay court fees, filing fees, and attorneys fees, before they will satisfy the judgment, can they do that?

    Sure can.

Unless all fees and cost are paid it's still accurate information and can be legally reported. Even after all cost are paid, it will still most likely show it will just show as paid. This is because paid or not it's still true and accurate information.

    Good luck.

Yes. Pay it as soon as you can because the default will show for at least six years AFTER you've paid it.
