Hi 5 is just another site like myspace or facebook and tagged. Sounds like someone might have put your E-maill adress and created a profile on it. Try and see if you can have it deleted or at least who would do that....good luck... ;)

It's a site kinda like this one.Go into your e-mail setting and block sender.

just report it spam and if anything weird happens then just get a new email.
