Could a native speaker make this text sound better and correct the mistakes? Thanks in advance.?

The author, with a moderate and affectionate approach, deals with human conflicts and conflicts between humans and traditions in the swim of life. What he depicts are not super natural events, phenomena and situations. In some place in any country on Earth, there absolutely are strikingly similar lives to ones in those stories. Simple public beliefs are the basis of his stories. Struggling to earn a living, loves which have come to an end are the colourful portraits coming out of his stories

If English is not your native language, one would hardly know it. You use it excellently. These are the only changes I would suggest: "supernatural" is one word; in the same sentence, change "and" to "or"; in the next sentence, you don't need "absolutely"--if you want an intensifiying adverb here, I'd prefer "truly" or "really"; in that same sentence, "those" might work better than "ones," or else you should add "the" before "ones"; in the next sentence, you may mean "popular" rather than "public"; in the last one, the comma makes the reader expect a third theme after "loves which have come to an end," so either add one or change the comma to "and" (and change "which" to "that").

It may look to you as if I just contradicted my first two sentences, but not really. These are all small refinements. It's as if you were dressed up for a special occasion and someone smoothed your hair and picked a piece of lint off you and maybe straightened your tie--nothing more.

The author, using a moderate and affectionate approach, deals with human conflicts as well as conflicts between people and traditions in the swim of life. He depicts neither supernatural phenomena or situations in his stories, relying instead, on the universal threads of our humanity such as the struggle for survival and the longing for love. These intertwined threads become the colourful portraits painted in his stories.

(hope this helps and I didn't lose the meaning of what you were trying to express in your original paragraph)
