I need the Mother of All (affordable) Valentine's Day gifts for my husband. Any suggestions?

Ok, so I all but ruined last V-day and have to make up for it in a major way. I have the sexy lingerie, satin sheets and rose petals, and a romantic dinner for two -- from appetizer to dessert. Now I just need the BEST gift EVER to give him, without breaking the bank. While all replies are welcome, I am especially interested in what the guys have to say.

well, I'm a minister so how can I say this........without sounding "unpastoral"......when you give someone a gift, your best gift is something that you know they like, that they either can't afford or haven't had the chance to get for themselves. You seem like an intelligent woman, and you've already thought of some "preliminary" stuff......take it from there. Seriously, The Apostle Paul says the marriage bed is undefiled. If you two are as much in love as you sound that you are, he'd appreciate a night with you (uninterrupted, that is) more than anything else you could give him.

Whoa! I'm kind of freaked out seeing another "Jack B".....anyway, it's true, you can't go wrong with the sex thing; I honestly doubt your husband will care so much for the rose petals and such---those are women's ideals. Just knock his socks off in the bedroom and you'll be good.

it may desire to point that he forgot, he became working overdue to get dwelling house to consume dinner, there have been not greater roses left interior the flower save, or he have been given tired of doing the comparable stuff each and each year. it may desire to be many rationalization why. you basically could ask him. do not make it a great deal, basically manage it like yet another day and tell him you like him and supply him a great enormous hug! Your love is what counts!

sounds like you have the perfect gift already in place with all the other youve done, try something off the wall in the bedroom and tell him before hand "heres your gift"

Acknowledge what you hate. Whatever you most complain about, validate it. For example, if it's watching sports, get him tickets. You don't have to say you like it (or that he has to take you). Just explain that it's part of him and you accept it even if you don't expect to ever like it.

that in itself is good enough. the effort and time to plan all that out is very thoughtful. so i wouldn't ask for more. it's just me. i am not that needy, is all.
