How do you force an item to the trash on a PC?
I have some items on my desktop, photoshop files, and it says that the file is still in use try closing any programs that might be using it yadda yadda yadda, which i did, even restarted several times, still the items will not move or be deleted.

Think you may have to go to the add or remove programs and uninstall it before deleting it.

try running on safe mode and then deleating them or close all the icons on the bottom right of your screen maybe they are being used in the background? if you have a anit-virus software maybe try disconnecting from the net and disable it and try to delete them dont forget to turn ur AV on again tho.
