Had the Packers made it to the Super Bowl, would they too have beaten the Pats?
Do you think only the Giants could have beat the Pats or the Packers could have beat them too had they made it?

It would have been fun to see Favre and his great receiving group against the Patriots backs. I don't think the Packers would have blitzed as much or put as much heat on Brady. With more time, he would have been able to hit Moss more often. Moss can be very hard to stop if both he and Brady get time to make it work.
The Packers had a very good team, but give the Giants credit....I think they were better than most people thought.

Who really knows? On the day anything can happen, and a game can be won or lost in a flash, without there being a great deal of difference in the sides.
I think if you got the packers, Pats and Giants to play each other within a short time, everything would even itself out.

I think the Packers or the Cowboys would of lost to the Pats. It was just a magical playoff run for the Giants.

As much respect as I have for the Packers, I don't think they would have been able to win. They would have fought hard and given the Pats a run for their money, but the Pats would have beaten them.

No! Don't get me wrong, I like Brett Favre, but the Giants are different. They will play their hearts out for a full 60 minutes. The Giants have more heart than any team I've seen Since the old days. They play a full 60 minutes and they nearly keep their intensity of play that long! This time it was the New England defense that folded.

gimme a ham-n-egg croissanwich, and a milk to go! packers would have at least scored 20 points. Living in Europe, the game started after midnight. When it was 7-3, I fell asleep (oops, no commercials) two hours later, I woke up to see the finish. Still not impressed, but Giants won, Miami had the biggest celebration, and now - we watch golf until August (preseason baby!). Oops, I meant NASCAR, not Tiger, errrr Golf!!!

I think the Packers and the Cowboys would have lost to the Pats. I also think that if the Chargers had beaten the Pats they would have been pummeled by any NFC team.

I do not think so. The Giants had an unbelievably awesome defense that the packers could not match themselves.

i think the giants had a really tough d-line, so if it were any other team i don't think the patriots would've lost
