So much for the AFC being superior to the NFC!?

I guess that the Pats were not so super after all!?

Update:

Hey Spekle-D,

FYI, I could not live further from New York.

I live in Seattle.

And yes I can count,

In fact I count 2 rings for the Giants.

Your so impressive aren’t you.

Your momma must be proud!

Update 2:

Excuse me, 3 rings!

we will be dominant next year, trust me.the eagles were playing great after mcnabb came back.the packers will also come out strong. the cowboys have alot to prove. the seahawks should be healthy. the bears might play like they did a couple years ago. and my giants won the freaking superbowl. i expect them to make the playoffs 4 times in a row. this will be a tough year if any of my predictions are right. i think the eagles and cowboys will give us the most trouble

You understand! the myth is dead. Speckle-D, SOME of the current PATS, have 3.

the GIANTS Have 26 Playoff Appearances, 13 Division Championships, 9 Conference Championships, 4 NFL World Championships and, 3 Super Bowl Championships.

Don't they teach History, in BAHSTUN?!!!

NFC v. AFC record '07, including the Superbowl XLII:

33-32. Not exactly a ringing endorsement of superiority for anyone. It doesn't get any closer than that... literally.

Right now, the two conferences are at dead heat. Nothing is surprising about this for anyone whose followed the NFL for any amount of time. AFC then NFC then AFC and on and on, and the pendulum is swinging back to NFC now.

Why anyone would get worked up about something that repeatedly cycles from one conference to the other, and will one day switch yet again, is beyond me.

It's about the equivalent of shouting "We're #1... for now..."

That is why they play the games. I do think the AFC is still the Superior conference, but the Giants played one heck of a game and they deserve to be Super Bowl Champions.

Dude it was one game. In my opinion, the Patriots are the better team, just not last night. The Giants came to win and the Patriots didn't. The Super Bowl just proved that the Patriots are human after all.

Okay, Gotta be real here. The AFC is the better conference. Still glad the NFC won SB this year though.
