One year ago today I was diagnosed with CLL Leukemia, so I am now officially a one year cancer survivor today!?
I have been in remission for almost 7 months now.
But have been told that your survivor date is the day you were diagnosed.
4 AnswersCancer1 decade agoCLL Leukemia survivors only please?
I am going in next week for my 6th session of 3 day rounds of FCR chemo. And hopefully my last.
How many rounds of chemo on average did any survivors need, and how long after the chemo did it take to be claimed you were in remission?
Also, what do I need to expect for continuing maintenance to combat my CLL?

What I mean is if you took the UK, and sat it ontop of the state of California, which would be bigger in size?
4 AnswersOther - United Kingdom1 decade agoIs renting a motor home for travel thru the UK country side a good idea?
I'm from the USA, and thinking of taking a trip to the
United Kingdom with my wife.
Were excited about the seeing the history of the land that
our Great Great Grandparents came from
in both England and Scotland, plus time allowing Ireland.
Plus we would like to see some old castles and other
ruins like Stonehenge, and ancient battle fields, etc. etc.
I am very familiar with motor homes and RV's in general.
So would renting a motor home to tour the UK be a good idea?
What about camp grounds, or open land camping?
Not to mention the safety of sleeping at night in a strange country in a motor home?
Or would I be better off, renting a car, and staying in hotels?
Any advise you can give will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

6 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agoWhats up with Bumble and Collenswortless?
Sure the Pats and Giants game was good to watch.
But why did they have to have these two jokers announce this game.
What a bunch of hooey.
These have got to be the two worst announcers in all of football!
Who agrees?
3 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agoAlaska Cruise, inside cabin, or do I spring for a view?
I'm planning on a Alaska cruise this summer.
I've heard that your only in the cabin to sleep, shower and change clothes.
And that you can enjoy the views of Alaska from the decks of the ship.
So is it worth the money to spring for a cabin with a window or balcony?
Or do I save some money and go for a inside cabin?
10 AnswersCruise Travel1 decade agoCalibrate big screen TV?
I was at a major retail store today looking at flat (big) screen TV's.
I was trying to decide on one, and the sales person tried to sell me on calibrating the TV.
They normally charge $300 for this, but if I have them set it up, they will do it for $200, plus the normal set up charge fees.
Now setting up a TV is not rocket science, but calibrating a TV is a new one to me.
Is this a gimmick?
Is this worth it?
And if so, is this something I can do myself?
Thanks
