A question for those who know they're ascending/rising sign.?

Yes alot of times your rising sign is more of the self you present to the outside world...not that you're doing this on purpose it just so happens that that part of you tends to show on the outside more. And your sun sign is more of your inate personality. For example if your rising sign is Aquarius the people who know you might see you as being somewhat unconventional in the way you dress perhaps, or act, you may be something of a rebel, or maybe say things just to shock people at times? And they also see you as someone who has humanitarian instincts and enjoys helping people. Since Aquarius's are usually interested in helping the world on a global level, but sometimes have a more difficult time connecting w/ people on an individual level, and therefor at times can come across as distant, or cold. But that's far from the truth. And if your sun is in Cancer, you probably feel on the inside sometimes very opposite from how others see you am I right? Because Cancer is a very emotional, motherly, and nurturing sign. So although people may sometimes perceive you as distant, in reality you feel very emotional and moody on the inside, but perhaps have trouble expressing it to the outside world? Cancer's have very motherly instincts as well, and usually love children and want to have their own family. If you do not have your own children then perhaps you have always played the "mother bear" role w/ your friends and/or siblings. Oh and don't forget Cancer's are usually great cooks too! So although your rising sign of Aquarius gives you more of an "unconventional" or even "unorthodox" aspect to your personality, you could also have a very "traditional" side to yourself that enjoys just staying at home reading, or hanging out w/ family, eating a big meal together and things of that nature. Hmm I wouldn't want to be perceived to be the way of my Rising. I am a Sun Libra with Capricorn Rising and well it describes me a little too much as handling myself the way a Cap normally does.

Yeah , Libra and cancer is a square so what people see me is supposed to be very different from who I am inside.It is supposed to be a challenge. But i do love my rising sign as i gives me more perspectives , I dont like being too subjective all the time ( I tend to be since I am a cancer with pisces moon ) , Libra ASC helps me with social fronts . So i guess I am a mixed of air and water( my venus is in air sign too-gemini)

I have a sun in pisces and ascendent and moon in virgo. Pisces and virgo are astrological opposites. I don't really know how I want to be perceived by others, but I do have the emotion of pisces and meticulousness of virgo. Hope that helps?
