What first round draft pick (s) does New England have to forfeit?
They get the 7th pick via San Francisco and the 31st pick by how they finished the year. So, because of the whole filming of the Jets defensive line thing earlier in the year, they forfeit a first round pick. Which one do they forfeit? I think that it is the 31st, but why not the one that they acquired from San Francisco?

they forfeit the 31st pick, not the 7th. that's because their real pick is the 31st, they just also happen to have control of the 7th pick

Not the one that they got from the 49ers, they didn't do anything wrong. They forfeit #31. They will probably trade the #7 pick for a defensive back or two lower round picks as the rumor is that they will not be able to re-sign Assante Samuel.

They lost their pick which will be the next to last in the first round. But as stated they still have the #7 pick from SF which they will probably trade for younger LB help.

How could they lose another teams pick? The punishment is they lost their first round pick, not SF's first round pick. So they will still have the 7th overall pick.

They lose only one, and the wrong one. They get to keep the SF pick.
They should lose every pick and be stripped of everything from here to next century...and last century. Whatever they earned during the times they cheated, they should lose all records and victories.
