Me too man me too I understand you. Why don't you try to pick up a hobby or hobbies try skateboarding, go with a friend or bro or sis to the park and walk then progress to powerwalk and when you feel better do jogging. Whatever is it you do definitely try to get in a hobby that includes physical activity and that way it can be fun+loosingweight.

Oh and drink lots of water try to eat healthy if you want to eat dessert such as a snicker a small piece of cake, skittle etc do it only once a weak. Chew food a proper way and try not to eat fast food and if you have to share a combo with someone or try to order the most healthy thing on the list.

You can eat a burger but try to make your own at home mmmmm..., one of my favorites are lettuce wrapped burgers with mushrooms. Iam sorry I didn't put any websites but this is the best advice I can give you I hope you take it and I hope it helps if you stick to it I know it will. Oh and don't forget about fruit and remember water is Impotant 8-10 glasses a day consisting of 12. ounces.

    Good Luck!

Source(s): Me. with this I have lost about 23 lbs.

First things first...diet and exercise. There's no safe easy way, it takes hard work and perseverance. Drink lots (and I mean lots - at least 8 glasses) of water a day. Eat low fat, high fibre foods and exercise at least 3 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each time (cardio). It wouldn't hurt to do some strength training on your off days also.

If you need guidance and food ideas, check out the website called SparkPeople. It's totally awesome. It will help you track the food you eat, the exercise you do and it offers peer support messaging. The best part is that it's totally free. No trial offers, no giving credit card info, nothing like that, just totally, 100% free.

BTW - You're on the right track already by asking for help...the next step is to get active. Step away from your computer and go for a brisk walk. I'm sure you'll be successful if you're committed.

I'd say good luck but getting healthy isn't about luck, it's about control. So, take control of your life and before you know it, you'll be shrinking! Smiles:)

just run around your neighborhood and listen to music while you do it so it isn't that boring. and u could do some sit-ups or crunches to tone ur stomach. keep at it because it won't be easy but it'll be safe and it will work over time.
