reporting bad situations or crime?

I think it depends on the seriousness. Not to say that phsical abuse is not serious, but i don't think it would be feasible to check out every threat. However, if I said, with the nickname I'm using, that I had started a major forest fire in which people had been killed, I think they would investigate. Its very hard to prove that it was the actual person doing the posting, and not an imposter.

At this point there is little anyone can do!

I can't imagine there is much we can do - this is all so anonymous.
