Its a long story but I took my ex back about 5 months ago.

we didnt get along and it didnt work out right...

Well about two months later she told me she was pregnant and that it was ok she was going to put the baby up for adoption but I said no way!

I told her I didnt care if she took off and left me with the child I wouldnt let adoption be an option and she recanted and said she was trying to get me going for a practical joke I played on her about the same time.

She dissapeared right after.

That was roughly 5 months ago.

Yesterday she gets in contact with me and we end up going to dinner.

I pick her up and she looks rea;;y pregnant to me...

I didnt push the issue I didnt want to scare her away.

In conversation she tells me she has been drinking but mentions nothing about being prego...

I dont know what to do? Should I try to get some sort of authority involved?

I believe her mentality is that she will hide it and not care about the future welfare of a child she will never have to see...

This makes me sick if it is true ...

I have a 4 1/2 pound rib eye roast that I want to cook in my smoker.

It is a real smoke pit with a side firebox. I will be using hardwood charcoal and mahogany for the smoke.

What would be a good target temp for the inside of the smoke box and for about how long?.

I would imagine a relatively High temp and short cook time for smoking but I want to go for a 140 degree medium rare center.

I went to the new Mc Donald's today and had a hamburger and french fries.
