It's not a real game and Fjurg Van Der Ploeg does not exist. It was made up on Family Guy. It just sounds like a silly game you might see on some foreign television show and that was pretty much the whole joke. It's from the episode "A Third Grade Nothing" the quote is "It's like trying to beat Schpupel champion Fjurg Van Der Ploeg at a game of Schpupel".*
