Why does Mc Donalds make me feel terrible?
I went to the new Mc Donald's today and had a hamburger and french fries.
After my stomach felt terrible and I have no energy.
I make a hamburger and french fries at home and I feel great after.
What do they do to the food that makes it this way? What are they doing that I don't?
Not that I want to make my food make me feel sick - I just want to know why whoever is in charge hasnt eaten this food and been appalled by it then done something about it yet?
Then why does my greasy food not make me feel like that?

The movie Supersize Me explains it all pretty much.
They deep fry everything in oil and add so many un-needed ingrediants into their food and make it really really fatty.
When you make a hamburger at home, you know exactly what you're putting in and on it and you're probably grilling it, which let's the fat drip off.
If you look up a McDonalds nutrition guide, and look up how many calories and how much fat is in those burgers, it'll be completely clear as to why you feel so icky after eating them.

The reason why they haven't done something about it yet is because they don't have to! Maybe they are appalled by the food - but it sells. Why would they spend money to fix it if it already sells - that's money out of their pocket.
And yes. McDonalds especially, and most other fast food places use unhealthy preservatives, the cheapest cut of meat. Their fries are practically dripping in grease when they are served - afterall, they just throw the fries in a boiling vat of grease! And McDonalds burgers are definitely not grilled. I only eat chicken from places like that - it's at least a tiny bit healthier (not to mention easier on the stomach).

It is all of the additives they add to the sawdust burgers and to much salt, and grease, I have the same problems with eating there and I still go there, There is one additive called MSG which is a preservative, and many people are allergic to it. Besides we can control the amt of grease in our burgers at home by buying better grades of meat. Fast food restaurants use a way cheaper grade of meat and add all of the junk into it.
The only remedy i can think of is to not go to those places.

they cook it all in lard (animal fat- gross) and grease.
the calories in a big mac is over 1000!
and as to the grease, they also make good grease out of vegetable oils for instance.
the mcdonads grease is the cheapest kind and makes a person feel bloated and sick to their stomach.

Well naturally red meat sucks away all your energy..but as far as mcdonalds goes...they import their beef from south america. They're cows aren't grown in the united states. that may be the reason. I recently discovered how ABSOLUTLY MUCH BETTER sonic burgers are than mcdonalds. more flavor and for me no lack of energy.

That's why I don't eat there, too much grease, salt and calories. Home made burgers are the best:)
