Can you report ANY company to the BBB?

For the past three months, I have been having the hardest time dealing with Verizon. I currently have my home phone service, high speed internet, and wireless service with them. I found something online called the Verizon Triple Play bundle, where you can get all three of these services for one low monthly fee. For the past three months, I've called to get this set up and have been assured that my plan would go in to effect the next business cycle, which has not happened. Last month, the rep. I talked to told me that it would go through, how much my bill would be, and then gave me a $45 credit towards the next bill. Well, I the bill arrived two days ago and no changes were made, and no credit was issued. I talked to someone else two days ago, who said she would take care of this, but she hasn't called back or returned my calls.

To get to the point, can you report a company like Verizon to the BBB? Is this my only option left?

You can only report businesses that belong to the BBB.

Make sure you keep documentation and find out who the regional manager is.

Do you have a customer service address for Verizon? WRITE them a letter via certified mail that details the problems and request resolution and back-dated credit. Arguing on the phone with ignorant service reps is a waste of your time that leaves you with no proof of who said what when.

Believe me, letters get more attention than phone calls.

The BBB is a scam. businesses pay dues to them, so that they gained't do something if that employer is paying to them. you prefer to touch the government businesses on your state/city and additionally call the police and ask them approximately coping with fraud.

Report to the BBB and find the local chamber of commerce and see if they are a member, you may also post your complaint on www.ripiffreport.com

I think so... I wouldn't see why you couldn't since they are a business too.
