is it correct that a settelite is coming towards earth in February/March which can cause destruction ?

Go to www.heavens-above.com and look at their info on USA 193. At this stage we still don't know much about where it will come down, except that it will come down and probably around the end of February or beginning of March. Most of it probably will burn up during re-entry but some bits may survive to hit the ground. It's quite likely to land in the ocean or in a remote part of the world, but then again it could hit a population center. I saw it pass over from my house a few nights ago, though it was cloudy the night it was due to pass almost directly overhead.

Yes, if a large part of it survives re-entry and lands in a populated area. But, the odss are that it will just plop into the ocean
