In our daily lives,we are in moods, such as irritation, anxiety, uneasiness, tension, sorrow and temper tantrums. Yes,it is quite probable that we can all face those problems that are called stress. Nietzsche quotes ‘’That does not kill me, makes me stronger’’; those who are having it must try to recognise this problem first, then must believe that they can modify the reasons which create it, and finally must try to find the best solution.

In our daily lives we experience a variety of moods, from irritation and anxiety to sorrow and anger. Yes, we can grow to face those problems that contribute to our stress. As Nietzche once said, "That which does not kill me makes me stronger"; only those who truly understand the meaning of these words can recognize the root of the problem and its underlying causes in order to find the best solution.
There.
Translated into gramatically correct English.
Although, honestly, your paragraph makes no sense whatsoever.

In our daily lives we experience many forms of stress. Stress can cause anxiety, uneasiness, tension, sorrow, irritation and temper tantrums. It is possible for us to face these problems caused by stress. As Nietzsche said "That does not kill me, makes me stronger". First we must recognize stress as a problem, then we can figure out the reason it was created, and finally find the best solution.
I hope this helps! This is how I would write the paragraph. Good luck :)

I don't completely understand what you're trying to say but...
In our daily lives we experience moods such as irritation, anxiety, uneasiness, tension, sorrow and also temper tantrums. However, we can all face and overcome problems caused by stress. According to Nietzsche "that which does not kill me, makes me stronger." Those who are confronted by these negative moods must first identify the stressors, then they can find the best solutions by modifying or eliminating these causes.

In our daily lives we all experience moods such as anxiety, uneasiness, tension, sorrow and so on. If not controlled these so-called 'stressors' can seriously hamper us. Some may find solace in the words of Nietzche: "What does not kill me, makes me stronger," conjecturing an idea that Man's best friend is affliction - the more the better! Yet, this passive approach to problem-solution seems unsatisfactory. Instead one should first aim at recognizing the problem, then create a belief that it can be solved, and lastly aim at finding the best solution to the problem.

I'm no expert, but the only thing I would change is the beginning.
In our daily lives, we have different moods,
Also I have seen the quote "That which does not kill us makes us stronger." You may want to look up that quote on two different sources.
