Yes, I have. It is a small country near Ethiopia. My guess is it is because it in Africa (far from the US), and it is quite small.

Yes, and I don't know why you've never heard of that country other than the fact that people aren't aware of a lot of the different countries in Africa.

It's known as the leading jailer of journalists in Africa - - I guess that's why it isn't in the news much.
