The organization is within us...If we could become more organized AND disciplined then we would feel as though we could accomplish many things. I would love to have help becoming more organized and focused. Contributing something, anything to society is the ultimate goal. There are two other things that are really important: body strength and movement such as swimming or some other form of exercise because depressed people usually stop moving and then become obese and more depressed....and doing something creative that you never dreamed you could do such as oil painting. Having accomplished people actually listen and take one serious rather than having their own agenda and being condescending is a confidence builder as well. We come from a broken, scattered society that needs to be restored. Where each person is considered valuable. There are more and more children coming from broken, drug addicted homes...what will become of them? Can some organization teach them the things that the parents were supposed to teach? Work ethics, handling a checkbook, cooking healthfully instead of fast foods and pizza...the value of a family sitting down together at the dinner table...Wow. That is almost unheard of these days. I won't go into religion as that is best kept separate, but, it can change a person's life. How about valuing and respecting teachers as much as a movie star. How about going back to real teaching rather than the "No kid left behind", deal that did not work. The kids know how to pass tests but they have no knowledge. How about more "Big Brothers", helping young boys become men. I wanted to get my Son into that when he was young because even though there was a Father he was military and was not only physically gone a lot, he was also emotionally absent from his Son. It broke my heart and you know what...there was such a need for mentors that they said they could do nothing for my Son because he had never been in trouble. Now days I would not trust a man with my Son because the media protrays men in such a negative light. You know there use to be honesty in Journalism but that is a thing of the past. There is a whatever sells mentality. I know I didn't speak of an actual, physical organization because the needs are so many. Haha I was thinking of basic training and visiting a 3rd world country to bring up one's appreciation level and then I realized that was already happening and it is called "The Iraq War" Mmm

Only by providing support, both financial and personal. For most of us in the US fulfilling our life dream is totally impossible due to our financial responsibilities. We must pay for lodging, for food, for clothing, for education, for utilities, for transportation -- not just for us as an individual but for our family members. SO... that means we must work at a job that makes a certain level of money. That all must come first before we can even think about fulfilling a life dream or living to a true potential.
Having a group, a company, an organization, an educational unit, a TV personality preach to the masses about how we should fulfill our dreams and how we should live up to our potential (ala oprah) is meaningless. That does not help. That does not inspire. That only shows us that there are some people in this world who are the "haves" that have money, while the rest of us are the "have-nots" who do not have the disposable income to chase after any dream -- except putting food on the table.

An organization can only fulfill your dreams on a temporary basis. Wether it is an organization, a friend, or anyone else, they cannot help you live up to your true potential or fulfill your dreams.
The only person that can do these things for you is YOU!
Today everyone and every organization takes you under your wing for their own interest. Granted there are still very few human people and organizations left, but I have never had a good experience with an organization in the long run as they are all in it for themselves.
You might be fooling yourself thinking they are helping you be your best or fulfill your dreams, but you will still be empty as your ambition can only fulfill you for a certain time.
Then it is time to look inside and really figure out why you are running after these meaningless dreams whose goals are to get you more material .
Find yourself and you will fulfill ur dreams =)

Many times dreams are fulfilled because a person has a specific goal that they can focus on and actually monitor on a regular basis. An organization teaches a person to make specific, concise and obtainable goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. An organization will constantly challenge you to improve yourself, your performance and your well being. If you can take these lessons in making your specific goals outside the office and into your life, then fulfilling your life long dreams is absolutely a possibility.
Also, an organization will encourage you to further your education and most of the time help to pay the entire cost of the tuition. I am a firm believer that many doors will open up to you the more education you have. Not to mention, it allows you to become a more logical communicator, a better writer and more of a free thinker.
As shallow as this may sound, an organization also provides you with the ability and the potential to move up on the pay scale and increase your net worth. Many of your life dreams do not come for free, for most people there is a price that must be paid. An organization has allowed me to save for my retirement and matched up to 50% of my money so that one day I can own that boat or play golf every day.

An organisation can be the workplace, a social institution to which one belongs, or even the family. An organisation must imperatively offer a sense of belonging when I enter that place, where I am respected as a human being first then as a worker. An organisation should offer that physical space where my capacities are valued, where my potential is tapped into to improve the way in which business is conducted for the upliftment of the people working for it, for the whole community, for the country and world. Practical things that the organisation could do are as follows:
1. Have a vision and mission statement defined after having consulted all its members. In this way I know I am functioning in a place where my contribution has been valued.
2. The HR department has a big responsibility in listening to the heartbeat of the members of the organisation. I know I can confide in the HR Manager because he or she will not only listen to what is bothering me but will show me ways to come out of my troubles. If I have a project, I must be able to fearlessly present it to my superior or the MD. If good then my contribution is valued, if not too good, then I should not be ridiculed for it.
3. The organisation should show me that I can trust its management to take it to higher levels. Thereafter it should meaningfully use its resources towards the well being of the community. How, by ensuring that none of its staff members' families are suffering from any type of ailment be it physical, emotional or mental.
4. Too often I have seen incompetence rewarded in the organisation I have worked for over a decade. Any such organisation is sure to lose its best qualified officers and only bagasse will be left.
5. The physical environment of the organisation should be appealing, allow lots of natural light to enter the workplace, or office where members operate from. There should be a sense of closeness to nature by having plants living healthily in the offices.
These are a few things that I am convinced will help me live up to my true potential.

#1 If the organizations goals are the same as yours, and your goals the same as the organizations, then, it would all begin with the"organization" and its core structure or foundation.
The heart, being the very seat of motivation, would lead me to "qualify" the organization first. What are its accomplishments? Who are the leaders of the organization and why are they the leaders? The point being that "nobody wants it as much as YOU DO". So, it would start by evaluating those question(s).
#2 Keep this in mind as well;
The organizations leader should be the leaders because of there accomplishments at a grass roots level. They should have gotten there very own hand dirty to accomplish the "common goal". If they had stuck it out, this could mean that they are in fact for real.
#3 If they are "FOR REAL", then the only and last item would be to ask is; "Am I for real?"
If the organization does in fact have the foundation you want to reach your goals namely, leadership and purpose, then all these ingredients when combined in its proper dose will not be able to prevent YOU from reaching and fulfilling your life's dreams. And, it will literally mold you, to be able to have in your grasps the power to live up to your true potential. Really, in the end, it is all up to YOU.
Anything in life can inspire someone. What inspires you might not inspire me. A good or bad experience can be an inspiration to someone. Even a dewdrop can inspire some to fulfill ones life dreams. It is all about the person. When a person looks at the dewdrop, he or she can see something in that dewdrop as a source of inspiration, to motivate the heart to accomlish something-a purpose. Why and How that dewdrop became the source of inspiration, for good or for bad, no can say but that person.

Pay me what I'm worth, and take care of the products they sell to me. Like the pharmacueticals and the food industries.
Drop the idea that "it's all about the money" until the organizations in the world understand that, then the large ones like the banks, the food suppliers, the health organizations like the pharmacueticals will not be able to help me, nor any one else. As a matter of fact if I listed the names of the organizations that are part and parcel of the troubles we all face? A report would result from it, if not a petty law suit.
Suffice to say that the stock owned companies that run the energy, food, and health companies are an organization that are legally forced to "make money" or face jail terms. So that brings the Government organizations into the picture and places them in the near top of the pryamid we support.
When they haven't that mentallity that "it's all about the money" then we can be assisted in fulfilling our life dreams.
And I say assist because quite frankly we ourselves are responsible for our own life dreams. The organizations about us can only assist us. But right now they is no "inspiration" at all. Nothing they do is inspiring. Not the cancer organizations, not the hospital organizations, not the east religion organizations, not the west religion organizations, not the nationally charitable organizations. None of them have inspirational messages worth our while until they actually do cure cancer, MS, heart disease, and the host of other ailments we have through the pharmacuetical and food inustries.
I don't think that they have the wisdom for anything inspirational. Because it's all about the money..........

I have survived a serious illness (a brain tumor) yet it that has cause me to have a disability. It is very depressing to realize that I am not the person I once was . My dreams and potentials have been delayed . I have been forced to realize that medication in many cases is not the solution for depression . It is my opinion that medication encourages isolation . What is life without socialization and association with peers. I also don't want to spend the rest of my days collecting Social Security .
If a company would hire me - but take into consideration that I will need instructions for the same thing more than once , ( eventually it finally sinks in ), that my vision is slightly impaired, and that forming words and complete sentences is complicated at times, (but eventually the words do come together). I could fulfill my dreams of being able to make a positive contribution to the community that I live in .
I am a very friendly likable person, with a lot to offer but most of the time it is easier to not socialize at all.
If a company would hire me and help me work in-spite of my disabilities I could become an independent individual my confidence would improve ,self esteem would improve, and I would be a happier person. Happy citizens make the world a happy place

Only an organization that understands healthy individuals are the only ones who can fulfill dreams and that no organization could or should ever replace the will of individuals can hope to help people fulfill their dreams.
Dreams cannot be fulfilled if a person as an individual cannot function independently and decide what his/her dreams are. Only a physically and mentally healthy individual can fulfill their dreams. And a healthy individual NEVER NEEDS an organization, they may ask for the help of others, use an organization as a tool, but never depend on it. A healthy individual can bring about change and find fulfillment with or without the aid of an organization.
A dependent person cannot do this. For them, the organization is necessary, a crutch, they cannot bring about change without its help and therefore will never find self-understanding and true fulfillment until they realize they do not need the organization.
Thus, the only good organization is one that actively admits the inherent problems of needing an organization to begin with and promotes its members to in fact, "grow out of" the organization to become healthy individuals who can think for themselves because that is the ONLY WAY to truly realize a dream and be fulfilled.
I feel like AA is such a organization, they help people find the support and strength to bring about change in their life, but always maintain that to eventually leave the group would be the ultimate goal.
Other organizations are not so sincere.

An interesting question. There are several things that an organization does that helps someone fulfill their dreams. First is oppurtunities. In order to fulfil any dream, the oppurtunity to fulfill it has to be there. If there is not oppurtunity, then you cannot fulfill a dream or live up to your true potential. In terms of a work force, if there are no oppurutunities for advancement or promotion then there are no reason to live up to your potential. The second thing is encouragement. Encouraging people to succeed and offering them the assistance that they need to fulfill their dream and potential. Rather then constantly handing out write ups when things go wrong, offer encouragment and help them learn to do things the right way. The third thing would be to provide them the things that they need. Not to hand it to them on a silver platter but giving them what is needed so they can work towards their goals. You can't build a house if you don't have a hammer. The final thing is security. If you don't have to worry from one to day to the next if you have what you need to survive you can pay more attention to fulfilling a dream or living up to your true potential. In terms of a work force, job security and reasonable wages fall under security. So in a nut shell: Oppurtunity, Encouragement, Tools, and Security. With these things an organization can help fulfill dreams and inspire people to reach their full potential.
