on defrag 2 green segments?

i work with computers all the time fixing them and so forth but it's still beyond me why when i analize my c drive i've only 1 not partitisoned i have 2 green unmoveable parts . i know 1 will be my os but what about the other any enlightenment will be much rewarded because this does my bloody head in

Update:

is it possible to delete this space system or is this used for such things as image burning ie. when i copy a disc to disc useing single drive

    The other non movable section is your swap space for virtual memory. Also known as your page file.

    Those are immovable system files and possibly a page file.

    DO NOT TOUCH !!!!

    these are swap files and needed by system !!!
