How do you get a phone you own and like refurbished when it starts acting irratic and prolly needs replaced.?

I have a nokia 6800 with the querty keyboard which I like very much, lately it has been not letting me do certain functions, has been skipping around, refusing to go from screen to screen, in general being a PITA. I see refurbished phones for sale online so I know phones can be refurbished, is there some way I can get my 6800 refurbished for me...is it costly????

you can but you will have to send it to a technition to get it done.. it can be pricey... even tho you are attached to your key pad on your phone it will be cheeper in the long run to pay for a new phone.. upgrade or buy one online cheeper.

It is advisable to purchase a new one with so many other facilities rather than to get the old one repaired, as it will cost you of a new one. So have new one and enjoy it. Good luck.

Hi Judy, you will have to send it in for repairs. I would ask for a swap out. May work out better that way.
