The Holy Bible tells us that "all" children who have not reached the age to know and understand right from wrong, does indeed have a guardian angel...Jesus Himself said that their angels were always in the presence of the Father.
Also once a person reaches the age to Choose Christ, that angel then leaves them until the choice has been made by them to be a servent of the Lord...at that time (when one becomes a Christian "follower of Christ") the/a guardian angel returns and stays as long as Christ is being served...
(Whether or not it is the same angel that returns I don't know the Bible does not get that deep into the subject).
I do have to add here that angels are "not" to be prayed to or worshipped....they do what God tells them to, "not" what we ask them to....

There are several scriptures that point toward angels involvement with humans, however the scriptures below nail it where there can be no misunderstanding that every child of God has angels assigned to them:
Hbr 1:13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
Hbr 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
Mat 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.
It is obvious from these scriptures that each elected child of God, even before it is revealed to them that they are a child of God, has one or more ministering spirits assigned to them and that their angels behold the face of God the Father.

It's a teaching of ancient Christianity that one receives a guardian angel at Baptism. So if you are baptized, yes, you have a guardian angel.

I have two angels that I call Obtuse and Right. I thought about calling one Wrong but that would be wrong since the Wrong angel is evil.

I meet them almost every day.
They are attractive, kindly and wise.
They are serving humanity selflessly, without expecting any rewards. They love learning, they bow low before all men, and they are always happy. They are truly the servants and handmaids of the One True God. They are the protective angels of our world. I love them and admire them sincerely.

Sure we do.
Keep in mind that there's good plus bad angels.
The problem is determining which angels are in your your sphere of influence?

My *guardian angel* is my very own intellect and intuition.

I find no reason to believe in the existence of such.
